BLESSED FAMILY

But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible – Matthew 19:26

We serve a God for Whom nothing is impossible, as a result, our lives should be markedly different to the lives of those who don’t know Him. Romans 4:17 says, ‘(As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.’ Abraham, our Father in the Faith, believed in the God Who raises the dead. What could be more final than death? If something or someone is dead, people give up on it, there’s no more hope left for it. It’s an impossible situation. However, just because it’s impossible for men it doesn’t mean it’s impossible for God.

Genesis 18:14 says, ‘Is any thing too hard for the LORD? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son.’ When Sarah doubted that God could cause her to conceive, God asked her, ‘Is anything too hard for the LORD?’ In other words, ‘Is anything impossible for me?’ Mark 14:36 says, ‘And he said, Abba, Father, all things are possible unto thee; take away this cup from me: nevertheless not what I will, but what thou wilt.’ All things are possible for God, that was the basis of the Lord Jesus Christ’s Prayer to God. That’s what it means to have Faith in God. Mark 9:23 says, ‘Jesus said to him, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.’ If you believe in the God for Whom nothing is impossible, nothing shall be impossible for you.

As a result, just as Abraham never divorced Sarah, there should be no divorces in our homes. Just as Abraham and Sarah could have children, there should be no childless Christians. Just as Abraham’s children were not stillborn and didn’t die before their time, our children should survive and thrive. Just as Abraham was rich in gold, silver and livestock; there should be no lack in our homes. Just as Abraham’s Faith was transmitted to Isaac and Jacob, our Christianity should not stop with us, but it should become multigenerational. Just as at the end of his life, Abraham was blessed in all things, we should also be blessed in all things. We believe in the same God, and God is no respecter of persons, we should therefore have the exact same results as Father Abraham. With man this is impossible, but with God, all things are possible. Glory to God! That’s the Doctrine of Christ!

CONFESSION

I believe in the God for Whom nothing is impossible, therefore, nothing is impossible for me. I decree and declare that like Abraham, the Father of Faith, I am blessed in all things. Glory to God!
