“Don’t worry and say, ‘What will we eat?’ or ‘What will we drink?’ or ‘What will we wear?’ That’s what those people who don’t know God are always thinking about.
Don’t worry, because your Father in heaven knows that you need all these things. What you should want most is God’s kingdom and doing what he wants you to do. Then he will give you all these other things you need.”
Matthew 6:31-33 ERV
When you seek the Kingdom of God first, every good thing you could ever wish for is added with it free of charge. The package deal comes with divine provisions for every area of your life so that you may keep your focus on God and growing in the knowledge of Him. God does not want His children running after material things as the unbelievers do. He wants you to be about His Kingdom and about His business while you have become His personal business. People of the world are always concerned about fame, money, recognition, acceptance and while the born-again Christian has inherited all things that pertain to life and godliness.
Things of real value is what you have been given. That’s why you should not spend your life worrying about what you may consider needs, trust that God knows that you need them, and He has made a plan for you to have them. Listen! You possess all things, that’s what Paul said in 1 Corinthians 3:21″all things are yours!” You are a joint heir with Christ, Christ owns the whole world, and you are one with Him. So, whatever belongs to Him belongs to you. Case closed! Just receive from your inheritance and live in prosperity, success and perpetual victory. Glory to God!
PRAYER
Heavenly Father, thank You for giving me the opportunity to be One with Christ and be co-heirs with Him in the Kingdom of God. I purpose to live my life focusing on what pleases You and Your goodness to us who believe, rather than wasting energy on worrying about material possession. You have already told me that all things are mine and I believe it because I believe everything You say. Help my faith to reach for what You have already provided so that Your name may be glorified through my life. In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ amen.
Good morning and have a glory filled day.
