“Ask me and I will tell you remarkable secrets you do not know about things to come.”
Jeremiah 33:3
Waking up to a leftover pile of dirty dishes, or a load of work you procrastinated to complete yesterday or the mood swings of another, can set off a mode of frustration, anxiety and dread for the day ahead. Prayer is the antidote to set the pace of the day filled with hope, expectation and faith.
Prayer is one of the greatest gifts and privileges we have. To have God’s gift of his time and attention made available to us any time of day or night is a privilege. So make a habit of approaching the throne room of God first each morning and get your mind and spirit into the heartbeat of God. Commit even the thing you dread to him and watch the day ahead become opportunities of joy, love and blessings. Glory to God!
Heavenly Father, thank You for Your faithfulness. Lord You keep Your word and watch over it to perform. Lord help me to be faithful like You. May I stay committed to what I have said I would do, especially spending time in Your presence so that I may download the wisdom of Heaven into my everyday life. In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ amen.
Good morning and have a glory filled.
