To the one who conquers I will give the right to sit with me on my throne, just as I also conquered and sat down with my Father on his throne – Revelation 3:21
The Lord Jesus Christ has made us a Promise. If we conquer this world, just as He conquered it, we get to rule and reign with Him in Eternity. How did He conquer the world? He did it by Faith! 1 John 5:4 says, ‘For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome, because everyone who has been born of God conquers the world. This is the victory that has conquered the world: our faith.’
Faith conquers this world and that’s how the Lord conquered it. No matter what Satan threw at Him, He obeyed the Commandments of the Father. That’s because Faith obeys the Commandments. Satan is the god of this world, and he wants us to backslide and lose Eternal Life. But we’re going to stand strong and fight the Good Fight of Faith. We’re going to keep him under our feet by obeying the Lord’s Commandments. 1 Timothy 6:12 says, ‘Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called….’
No matter what the devil throws at you, don’t fall for it. Revelation 22:14-15 says, ‘Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. But outside are dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie.’ In the end, it’ll be those who lived in Obedience to the Lord’s Commandments who’ll spend Eternity with Him. However, those who disobey Him in this world, will be thrown into the Lake of Fire in the World to Come. The Lord Jesus Christ is coming back very, very soon. I hope you’re ready!
