The Gift of Salvation

“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.

Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son.”

John 3:16‭-‬18 NIV

The Lord Jesus Christ did not die for the Christians alone. He died for the whole world because all of creation is in a fallen state since Adam and Eve sinned. But God in His mercy sent His only begotten Son Jesus Christ to pay the price for everyone’s sin through death on the cross so that mankind may be reconciled to God. As a result, eternal life has been made available to everyone through individual or personal faith in the Lord Jesus. Humans have been given the privilege and power to hear the good news of salvation and choose to confess and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ or not.

Sadly, many are not aware of this saving truth and thus live in darkness and death. Therefore, it is our responsibility as born-again Christians to take the light of God’s word to the rest of the world, so that the life of God may be activated and made available to all. God’s desire is for everyone to be saved, that’s why He provided another life, The God-kind of life so that human beings may die to being mere creatures living in defeat and oppression. He wants people to have His nature and function at a higher frequency and dimension. That’s the God-nature! Glory to God!
